Edit the information associated with a client's account
Click on the “contacts” tab and select the client for whom you wish to modify the information.
From the “overview” tab, scroll down your page to general information.
Click on edit.
Edit customer name or file number
Click on the icon to the right of the file number.
A menu allowing you to change the information will open.
Confirm changes.
Visibility for the client
The client file is only visible from a professional account.
On the other hand, the customer will only see:
Full name
Password
E-mail address
Date of birth
Language
Unit system
For the customer to be able to connect to his account, the e-mail address used must be assigned to “main”.
The secondary e-mail is only used to write to him under another address.
If a username is in the main location, it's the username (not the e-mail) that the customer must use to connect to his account.
If you add an e-mail after you've created the account, you'll be able to “Resend invitation” to allow your customer to create their password and access their account. |
