Whether or not you have your own personalized documents and questionnaires to start your first assessments, you can find and use one of the 100 ready-to-use forms in Hexfit in just a few clicks.

Which ones should you use? How do you fill them out? How can you automate them?

We give you all the details in this article.

Hexfit onboarding questionnaires

Ready-to-use health questionnaires, fitness assessment protocols, and motivation questionnaires allow you to assess your clients' strengths and weaknesses in relation to their goals.

How to fill out the questionnaires?

For all forms in Hexfit, you have two options:

  1. Fill them out during a live session with the client

    • (preferred for physical tests)

  2. Send them automatically to your clients via the mobile app

💡 GOOD TO KNOW

You can also set up automations so that certain forms are sent automatically following a specific trigger: an action by the client (for example, after a session) or at a specific time of the week. To learn more about automating form sending, read this dedicated article: “Send a document automatically”.

What to do with the test data?

All these tests can be used for initial assessment during client onboarding and for reassessment at a later date (for example, every 3 months to see how their results are progressing).

They will be useful for the initial assessment, of course, but also to motivate your client throughout their treatment.

How do I track the data?

Tracking test data is very simple: in the client file, go to “data.” All the data you have collected via the forms will have a visual history ready to share. To learn more about this, check out this article.
