What are intervention codes

Intervention codes are used to classify, filter and categorize interventions added to a client's file.

By default, the software includes six codes:

  • RE: Progress report

  • NC: Chronological notes

  • RFI: End of intervention report

  • A: Others

  • EV: Evaluation

  • BM: Injury
