Install Hexfit on your device

As the mobile app is designed for customers, professionals must install the application from a web browser.

⚠️ ATTENTION

This article refers to the installation of the professional software.

If you want to use a client account instead, it is recommended to use the client application. Here is the link to download it:

❗ Each app (client and professional) will have its own icon. Be careful to choose the right one when you open it.


Computer (Google Chrome)

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Go to the website app.myhexfit.com

  3. From your address bar, click on the download icon.

  4. Then click on the “install” option.

  5. You will have a new page and a shortcut will be created on your desktop.

❗ It is normal that the taskbar is no longer visible in the new page, since it is now an application.


Phone (Google Chrome)

To work from an Android device, you will need to install the website from your device:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Go to the website app.myhexfit.com.

  3. Click the three dots to the right of the address bar.

  4. Choose “install app” or “add to home screen” depending on what appears.

  5. Click on the installation option.

  6. A new page will open-up and a shortcut will be created on your phone dashboard.

❗ It is normal that the taskbar is no longer visible in the new page, since it is now an application.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

To install the software from the Google Chrome browser (recommended), use the previous link. For Safari, continue reading.

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Go to the website app.myhexfit.com.

  3. Click on the “share” icon (square with an arrow pointing up).

  4. Click “add to the home screen”.

  5. Optional: Edit the title.

  6. Click “add”.

  7. You will then have a new page and a shortcut will be created on your phone dashboard.

❗ It is normal that the taskbar is no longer visible in the new page, since it is now an application.
