Calendar mode

When creating a food plan, at the information stage, you will have the choice between two design modes: My Calendar is on or off (by default). To switch between them, just click on the calendar image on the right.

In the case of Calendar mode On, the eating plan is linked to specific dates.

For example: If your eating plan is from June 15 to July 17, you will need to enter dietary recommendations for each of the specific days you want to do it. June 15 will have their food plan, June 18 will have another, etc.

In the case of Calendar Off mode, the eating plan is linked to typical days.

For example: If your eating plan is from June 15 to July 17, you can create recommendations for the days when your client will have a workout to do and other recommendations for the days when they will be inactive.

In both cases, the menu will be different. Here is an example for each.
